Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Before and After School Program Leader for the San Ramon Valley, CA. The role offers $24.00 per hour with a $300 hiring bonus and requires Mon-Fri availability with multiple start times.

As an AlphaBEST Program Leader, you will inspire and lead students in adventures across fitness, arts, technology, and more, while building a caring, inclusive community. 15 semester units plus four years of licensed childcare teaching are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 15 semester units from an accredited college or university.
• At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• 12 units covering child growth and development, human growth and development, child, family, and community, or program/curriculum.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
