Job summary

Area Manager – New York City is a leadership role within a growing hospitality brand with premium café concepts. You will oversee multiple locations, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence across the NYC market to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will partner with General Managers to monitor financial performance, optimize labor and KPIs, coach leadership, and implement revenue growth strategies while maintaining brand standards and food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant or hospitality leadership experience, ideally overseeing 4–7+ locations.
• Experience in both full-service and fast-casual environments preferred
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labor costs, and operational KPIs to drive sales growth and profitability
• Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing General Managers and leadership teams
• Strong financial acumen, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and creating memorable experiences
• Ability to travel regularly between locations throughout the New York City market

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple café locations, ensuring consistent service, quality, and brand standards
