Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a Louisville multifamily portfolio and drive NOI growth, occupancy, and team performance. This leadership role demands a strong operational mindset and hands-on involvement with onsite teams.

The candidate should have 5+ years in multifamily property management, with a proven track record across large portfolios, and excellent financial and people skills to partner with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years as a Regional Manager strongly preferred.
• Proven success overseeing multi-site or large portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen with experience driving NOI.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a regional multifamily portfolio.
• Drive occupancy, NOI, resident satisfaction, and expense control.
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews.
• Analyze financial and operational reports; implement improvement strategies.
• Support hiring, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership to execute business plans.
