Position Overview

Were seeking a Regional Manager with a passion for wellness, a proven track record in multi-unit retail or health & wellness management, and strong leadership skills. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, people-driven, and obsessed with performance. Youll be responsible for overseeing operations, coaching teams, and driving growth across several locationsensuring each studio embodies Restores mission and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GMs to oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and scheduling
• Conduct weekly check-ins to review performance and team updates across Sales, Operations, Staffing, and Marketing
• Mentor and develop management teams to create top-tier client experiences
• Facilitate ongoing development in leadership, communication, and conflict resolution
• Foster a positive team culture that drives retention and growth
• Build succession plans and promote internal leadership development
• Ensure timely and effective completion of performance reviews across all locations
• Partner with HR to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce growth

Operational Excellence & Brand Execution

• Monitor key metrics: Revenue, Memberships, Attrition, Spend per Client, and more
• Audit the full sales funnel: lead gen, appointment booking, pricing presentation, and objection handling
• Ensure equipment upkeep and timely repairs to support service delivery
• Collaborate with marketing to manage cost per lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI)
• Maintain consistency in brand standards across all locations, while allowing for community-specific adaptation
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Lead annual planning and goal-setting in alignment with company objectives
• Oversee P&L for the region, managing expenses, maximizing profits, and minimizing loss
• Support new location openings, coordinating with construction, operations, and marketing

• Bachelors degree or higher
• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in wellness, fitness, or service retail
