Job summary

Real Property Management Express is looking for an Area Manager to oversee a residential property portfolio, ensuring consistency, compliance, and financial performance across 300–400 units. The role combines field leadership with administrative oversight to maintain high service standards for residents and owners.

You will lead on-site teams, manage leasing activity and renewals, review rent rolls and expenses, and drive timely turnover and property upkeep. Regular regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, real estate operations, or a related field.

• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and performance data.

You’ll oversee operations, financials, compliance, and on-site teams, ensuring each property runs predictably and meets established standards.
