Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Area Manager to support the Director of Operations with oversight for financials and operations of an assigned portfolio to ensure 24/7 professional parking management.

The Spirit of the Position centers on servant leadership and collaboration with home office programs to support operational teams across locations, while delivering client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office applications.
• Parking management experience at multiple locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure business retention and increased revenue.
• Oversee and maximize customer satisfaction, manage expenses, and maintain high service standards.
• Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees, identifying high-potential staff for growth.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports, including budget and P/L reviews.
• Plan and execute the opening of new locations.
• Serve as liaison with patrons, stakeholders, police, and emergency management teams.

The Spirit of the Position:

The Area Manager supports the Director of Operations with a complete oversight for financials and operations of assigned portfolio to ensure 24/7 professional parking management. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture, the Director of Operations will support the programs and initiatives originating from our home office and help to support the individual needs of their operational teams throughout their assigned portfolio.

Principle Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure business retention and increased revenue.
• Oversee and maximize customer satisfaction, manage expenses, and maintain high service standards aligned with client expectations.
• Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees, identifying high-potential staff for organizational growth.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual financial and operational reports as required. including budget preparation and monthly profit/loss reviews.
• Plan and execute the opening of new locations.
• Serve as a liaison with parking patrons, stakeholders, local police, and emergency management teams.
• Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreement between LAZ Parking and our clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience

• 2+ years in Management role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.
• Parking management experience of multiple locations is strongly preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
