Job summary

You will balance preventative programs with real-time problem resolution, coordinate with operations and manage emergencies with decisive action while fostering a proactive work culture for technicians and automation engineers.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Requires 2+ years CMMS experience.
• Requires 2+ years Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities across the site.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and analyze system performance with teams.
