Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager in Omaha, NE to lead a team of technicians and automation engineers, ensuring safe, efficient maintenance of MHE systems. You will drive maintenance strategies, oversee preventive programs, and coordinate with operations for rapid issue resolution.

The role requires 4+ years industrial maintenance, 2+ years leadership, CMMS and MS Office experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Reliability field or 4+ years industrial maintenance experience.
At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience and 2+ years of leadership.
Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to technicians and automation engineers.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities.
Design and implement preventative maintenance programs for efficiency.
Coordinate with external contractors while maintaining service quality.
Monitor MHE metrics and analyze system performance with operations.
