CBRE is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to drive safe, reliable material handling operations. You will lead teams maintaining high-speed conveyance systems and manufacturing equipment, while fostering accountability, safety and continuous improvement.

The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, planning resources, developing talent, and partnering with client leadership to deliver world-class performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Experience leading and coaching employee performance in manufacturing.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints or schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety-first culture and ensure employees return home safely.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise work and evaluate quality.
• Lead maintenance of high-speed conveyance systems and equipment.
• Support hiring, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
