Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop multidisciplinary managers with team members.
• Coordinate maintenance work to maximize equipment reliability while meeting financial constraints.
• Maintain and improve preventive/predictive maintenance systems for safe, timely repairs.
• Prioritize tasks and schedule jobs effectively.
• Participate in maintenance budgeting and strategic planning.
• Inspect repairs and observe test runs to ensure safe operations.
• Foster relationships and develop reports through conflict resolution and change management.
• Develop employee relationships and coach teams.
