You will balance proactive planning with quick problem resolution, coordinate with operations, and manage external contractors to uphold top service standards. A strong engineering background and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with Amazon RME
• Experience leading teams and coordinating contractors

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure strict safety protocols during maintenance activities across the site.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations teams and external contractors to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance issues.
