Amazon Lexington is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead a team of service technicians and automation engineers, shaping safety-first maintenance strategies and operational excellence across the site. You will balance preventative programs with real-time problem solving, coordinate with operations, manage external contractors, and analyze MHE performance to drive reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time experience
Work flexible hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays
4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
2+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and performance
Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures during maintenance activities across the site
Design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs that enhance operational efficiency

Monitor MHE metrics and partner with applicable team to address system performance issues and provide analysis across all operations
