Michelin is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to join its team in Waterville, Nova Scotia.
Mission:
The Area Maintenance Manager will lead a team of maintenance personnel in an area of the facility. They will ensure the availability and reliability of equipment in their sector of responsibility while optimizing maintenance costs and energy with a goal of continuous improvement. These efforts are undertaken to support production teams in the shared goals of safety, quality, cost and delivery.
