About The Role

Lead daily material handling and maintenance operations across multi-site facilities, ensuring a safe working environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a safety-first culture where employees return home safely.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee employee work, evaluating quality.
• Lead teams maintaining high-speed conveyance systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Assist managers with communication and achieving departmental goals.
• Participate in hiring, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and communicate work standards and procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Manage team performance and development.
• Plan staffing levels and manage labor utilization, including overtime.
• Model behaviors aligned with company values and foster positive relationships with clients and teams.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 2 years of client account experience.
• 4+ years of industry experience with leadership and coaching skills in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of financial principles, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Understanding of predictive maintenance technologies.
• Experience with maintenance systems to achieve world-class equipment maintenance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
