Job Summary

Responsible for the overall relationship with the client, starting at implementation and continuing through everyday problem resolution and renewal activities. Works directly with sales executives during finalist presentations and may be asked to present to potential clients. Expected to support and service between 12 - 20 groups of clients with annual net revenue ranging from $50,000 to over $250,000. Maintains senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and financial staff of the client. Also responsible for the service delivery of Luminare Health products and services to ensure client satisfaction. May participate in internal projects. Charged with retaining and growing their assigned book of business, while supporting their Regional Team as needed.

Required Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/support responsibilities
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with senior-level executives
  • Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding is a plus; knowledge of benefit-related federal laws (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, reading, creative decision-making, instruction-following, mathematical, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel
Preferred Job Qualifications
  • Tribal experience (preferred)
  • College degree
  • State insurance license

This is a remote (telecommute) role. Candidates must reside within the following states: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, TN, TX, or WI. Sponsorship is not available.
