You will coordinate training for Symbria drivers and Direct independent contractors, while maintaining equipment like medication carts and fax machines.

The role requires leadership, logistics experience, and strong customer service skills to liaise with clients and suppliers across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician License per state requirements.
• 3–5 years delivery/logistics experience.
• 1–3 years managerial experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Knowledge of logistics software and benefits.
• Strong leadership and team development ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departure of scheduled routes and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate driver training and contractor onboarding.
• Ensure quality shipments and proof of delivery documentation.
• Communicate with clients and vendors for efficiency.
• Plan inbound/outbound deliveries and route optimization.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and safety compliance.
• Lead logistics staff during shifts and PTO gaps.
• Evaluate courier strategies to reduce costs.
