Windsor Communities is seeking an Area Leasing Consultant I to drive leasing at multiple Windsor properties in the Washington, DC area. You will engage prospects, conduct personalized tours, and close leases through persuasive selling and strong relationship-building.

You’ll collaborate with teams across 1–4 properties, contribute to marketing efforts, and enjoy a compensation plan with commissions, quarterly rewards, and growth opportunities in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a commission-driven environment.
• Motivated by performance-based incentives and big rewards.
• Direct, first-hand experience closing deals with customers, not just answering questions.
• Weekend availability to capture peak leasing traffic.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in our communities and the local market to engage and convert prospects.
• Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
• Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
