Candidate Requirements

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Skills in merchandising, cash and inventory control, motivation, and customer service.
• Focus on profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control.
• Ability to set and monitor performance goals with upper management.
• Four-year degree or 5+ years of managing district or regional retail operations.
• Willingness to relocate after training.
• Valid driver's license, automotive insurance, and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
