Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales

Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
• Implementing merchandising, managing cash and inventory, motivating teams, and promoting customer service
• Focus on profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control
• Setting and monitoring performance goals in collaboration with upper management
• Four-year degree or 5+ years of district or regional management experience in retail or large stores
• Ability to relocate after training completion
• Valid driver’s license and insurance during employment
• Ability to multitask, self-motivate, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
