Role and Responsibilities
  1. Manage a designated territory, focusing on food safety and sanitation audits, chemical training, dispenser installation, and maintenance in regional and national retail accounts.
  2. Provide training to customer associates on product use, systems, and sanitation procedures.
  3. Recommend appropriate sanitation or food safety corrective actions to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  4. Maintain high-quality sales and customer service standards.
  5. Respond promptly to customer service calls.
