Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales

Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
• Implementing merchandising, cash control, inventory management, motivating teams, and promoting customer service
• Focus on profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control
• Setting and monitoring performance goals with upper management
• Either a 4-year degree in a related field or 5+ years managing district or regional retail operations with 100+ employees
• Willingness to relocate after training
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
• Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and perform physical tasks including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
