Job summary

Hose Master, LLC, a family-owned manufacturer headquartered in Cleveland, OH, seeks an Area Leader to drive daily production in a fast-paced metal hose and expansion joints environment. You will own work order flow, ensure delivery targets, and uphold safety and quality standards while guiding a team on shift.

You will lead by example, solve problems, engage cross-functional teams, and implement Lean Daily Management practices to improve throughput and responsiveness across our facilities

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
• Strong math and measurement skills are essential.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Experience with manufacturing safety and quality standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of work order progress, ensuring jobs flow efficiently and meet delivery targets.
• Drive a results-oriented culture and set pace for daily execution and throughput.
• Lead by example in upholding safety requirements and company guidelines.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve issues impacting delivery, quality, or safety.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards; organize the area for optimal performance.
• Coordinate labor and machine assignments to hit daily production goals while ensuring quality.
