Sunrise Senior Living in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to lead people strategy across multiple communities. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations while partnering with community leaders to build engaged teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience (senior living or healthcare preferred).
• Supervisory and employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, job fairs, and hiring processes
• Ensure compliance with Sunrise Hiring Standards and employment laws
