Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Regional HR Manager to drive people strategy across multiple communities in the Boston area. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems while ensuring policy compliance and strong team member engagement.

You will partner with department leaders on performance, employee relations, and training, delivering audits and monthly controls to maintain compliance and high standards across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field
• 2+ years HR experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
• Supervisory and employee relations experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• High integrity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Responsibilities
