Job summary

Confidential Restaurant Group in Nashville, TN is seeking an Area General Manager (Multi-Unit) to oversee up to three restaurants. You will drive sales, lead profitability, and manage a multi-site leadership team from one location, with store managers in the others.

You will report to the owners, deliver weekly sales and labor updates, and align operations across all units. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, high-volume performance, and EBITDA-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive restaurant management with multi-unit oversight.
• Experience leading multi-location teams (30+ direct and indirect reports).
• Strong financial acumen: multi-unit P&L, labor forecasting, cost control.
• Ability to coach store-level managers and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across up to three restaurants via guest throughput, average check, digital channels, alcohol, catering and local initiatives.
• Own the P&L: monitor weekly results, control labor, food cost and waste; bonuses tied to EBITDA performance.
• Recruit, train and develop store managers and shift leaders; build bench for future locations.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, recipe adherence and guest experience across all locations.
• Lead local store marketing and partnerships to grow market share in each area.
• Manage cross-location inventory, vendor relationships and prep efficiency.
