Job summary

Yugo Austin Rio, Corner and Nueces is seeking an Area General Manager to lead three student housing communities in the Austin area. You will drive leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and operations to deliver strong occupancy and asset performance.

Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, you will supervise on-site teams, manage finances, oversee maintenance and safety, and partner with corporate to align with Yugo’s Live Your Best Life philosophy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Experience running a property, preferably student/university housing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet goals and deadlines.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and evictions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives.
• Review financial reports, budgets, and operating performance.
• Manage vendors and capital projects within budget.
