UNFI seeks an Area Sr. Manager FSQA to drive a world class food safety culture across a regional scope.

You will build and mentor a high performing FSQA leadership team, ensure execution of the food safety strategy, and serve as a key advisor to DC stakeholders on FSQA matters. You will lead sanitation and food safety programs, coordinate with operations, HR, merchandising, and security, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and SQF standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Public Health or related field required.
• Certifications: HACCP, Preventive Controls Qualified Individual, and/or SQF Practitioner.
• 7+ years leadership experience in food manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Promote, communicate, and enforce food safety programs across the organization.
• Lead and develop a high performing FSQA area team and supervise site managers.
• Advise DC leadership on FSQA issues and compliance with regulations and SQF standards.
• Maintain relationships with state, federal, and local regulatory agencies.
• Oversee food safety, sanitation, recalls, and incident investigations.
