Job summary

Superclean-Service-Company,-Inc. is seeking a National/Denver-area Janitorial Area Field Manager to oversee janitorial sites and staff across Colorado.

This role emphasizes field management, client communication, reporting, and staff development, with travel to client sites and our corporate office. Ideal candidates have a four-year facilities management degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and fluency in English (Spanish helpful).

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Facilities Management and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing janitorial staff and field teams.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and defining work scopes.

Responsibilities

• Manage janitorial sites and personnel across Colorado/Denver area.
• Ensure that service levels agreements are met and communicate with clients.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and staff development.
• Produce progress and inspection reports for executive management.
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff.
• Travel is required to meet clients and review field personnel.
