Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, data centers, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Hands-on implementation of AWP and OSM strategies; experience with project setup, system turnover, and completion preferred.
• Proficiency with digital execution tools, 4D/5D planning, and analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to the area of responsibility and interface with other operating sections of the job-site.
• Provide leadership and supervision, developing the construction engineering staffing plan for approval by the Site Manager.
• Direct construction engineering activities, work planning, packaging, and material management.
• Direct the design of temporary construction facilities and oversee requisitions for field procured materials.
• Review inspection test plans and coordinate subcontractor submittals.
