Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit retail/service teams with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business/financial results while managing daily operations across locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across locations with independent judgment.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance ops.
• Strong communication and problem-solving; handles client escalations.
• Ability to travel frequently for in-person presence.
• Able to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4–6 offices to ensure consistent, consultative client experience.
• Evaluate execution quality and impact across locations to drive improvements.
