Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail/service/operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric approach and consultative service delivery.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations with payroll and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead teams by setting expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and real‑time feedback.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations across assigned offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and ready workforce.
