H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across all locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, and drive performance while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations, using data and coaching to deliver strong results and growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to coach and hold teams accountable.
• Strong leadership with track record of driving results.
• Experience managing across multiple locations and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 offices and deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences across locations.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to anticipate client needs.
• Set expectations, reinforce accountability, and drive performance.
• Provide coaching from observed behaviors and outcomes to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational outcomes for the portfolio.
• Monitor metrics and take actions to improve business results and client acquisition.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, and seasonal preparation.
