H&R Block, Inc. seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience across locations. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams to meet performance targets, and own office readiness and operational execution.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, driving client outcomes, revenue growth, and consistent service delivery in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capable of coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools and behaviors.
• Lead teams by setting expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, outcomes and feedback.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength and talent across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in results.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
