Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience driving business results while managing day-to-day multi-location operations.
• Experience with change adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with consistency.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
