• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams across locations.
• Experience driving business results while managing day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate performance and client impact across locations to drive improvements.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, reinforcing accountability.
• Provide feedback to strengthen team execution and bench strength for future needs.
• Manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations to ensure office readiness.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and act to improve business results and client retention.
