You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, and ensure offices are staffed, compliant, and prepared to serve clients. You’ll own office readiness, drive performance, and align priorities to enhance client outcomes and business results across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in multi-unit environments.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client-experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, build bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements in results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Manage office readiness, facilities, and seasonal prep.
