Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results with day-to-day ops across locations.
• Experience leading through change and new processes.
• Independent judgment to prioritize across locations.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving, handling escalations.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, translate to action.
• Climb ladders and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Frequent travel between offices to maintain in-person presence.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics, trends, and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, equipment, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
