H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational execution across locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/operations.
Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
Experience driving business results across multiple locations.
Experience leading through change and new processes.
Ability to prioritize across multiple locations.
Experience in facilities, staffing, or compliance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive improvement.
Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
Identify patterns across offices and address performance gaps.
Own revenue, growth, and operations across offices.
Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
