You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, and drive business results across locations. You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations, developing bench strength and ensuring strong execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-focused mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams and drive performance.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Abilities to manage change, interpret data, and travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of client experience across 4-6 offices with discipline.
• Evaluate execution quality and drive continuous improvement.
