Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail/service/operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable across locations.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations, including labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to improve the experience.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistent performance.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
