Qualifications

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations; use insights to improve experience.
• Lead by setting clear expectations and coaching for consistent performance across offices.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and performance outcomes to strengthen teams.
• Manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day office readiness across locations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive actions to improve business results and client acquisition/retention.
