Job summary

H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver strong business results.

You’ll own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations, traveling as needed to maintain in-person presence and drive performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/ops.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative experience.
• Proven coaching and accountability skills.
• Ability to drive business results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own operations and revenue results across 4–6 offices.
• Coach and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance across locations.
• Lead staffing, facilities, and day-to-day readiness for seasonal demand.
