H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate needs and deliver expert guidance with a welcoming, confident office presence.

You balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, drive revenue and operational performance, and own office readiness, staffing, and day‑to‑day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership capability with coaching and accountability.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities
