Sodexo Campus Dining is seeking an experienced culinarian for an Area Executive Chef position, responsible for culinary operations at the University of Jamestown campus, supporting special events/catering, and providing culinary training for 4 other North Dakota University Culinary Programs.
This hands-on role requires experience managing high-volume dining and food production, preferably in campus or hospital settings, overseeing multiple locations, and strong catering skills. Sodexo provides food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions for college campuses.
The ideal candidate will have a Culinary Degree or equivalent experience and diverse menu knowledge in high-volume dining. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your culinary career!
