Nbutexas is seeking a Multi-Unit Restaurant Director to oversee six restaurant locations in the Northeast and Midwest. You will lead restaurant teams, drive guest experiences, and advance operational excellence across the portfolio.

The role demands strong leadership, travel readiness, and a proven track record in cost control and quality assurance to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit leadership roles.
• Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to occasionally travel or attend off-site meetings.
• Proven cost control and quality assurance skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities and performance across six locations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams to deliver service and sales targets.
• Monitor financial and operational results and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure adherence to brand and food quality standards for each restaurant concept.
• Foster a positive, learning-focused workplace culture emphasizing accountability and growth.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain strong teams to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Act as a key point of contact for guest concerns, brand partner collaboration, and vendor relationships.
