You will lead recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews, aligning with brand standards and company values. A multi-unit background in restaurants is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• Three to five plus years of multi-unit restaurant experience.
• Three to five plus years of supervision of direct reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organization and deadline sensitivity skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated positive team oriented attitude.
• Demonstrated analytical, mathematical and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the area's business including human capital, operations, finance, facilities, marketing and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in annual budgeting and capital planning; manage ongoing processes.
• Achieve sales, profitability, guest and team member goals.
• Analyze financials, guest relations, employee relations, marketing and competition.
• Attract, develop and retain top talent; build a robust talent pipeline and onboarding.
