Flynn Group is seeking an Area Director to oversee multiple 7 Brew locations across Northern and Central California. You will develop General Managers, drive business performance, and create an environment where teams can thrive.

You’ll directly influence the first locations in this market while laying the foundation for broader expansion and growth of the brand within the Flynn Group portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and leading General Managers.
• Experience driving sales, profitability, labor and operating metrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach General Managers and their teams across multiple locations.
• Drive business results by analyzing sales, labor, and profitability metrics and implementing action plans.
• Establish operational standards and processes across growing markets.
• Build leadership bench and succession plans for future growth.
• Be a visible brand ambassador and partner with field leadership.
