Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Program Delivery Director to lead a large Data Center Engineering & Construction team for a mega AI-enabled campus. The role focuses on safety, quality, cost and schedule performance with matrixed internal and external partners.

You will oversee a full onsite team, developer growth, and strong owner/vendor relationships while delivering a complex, high-scale data center project in the United States.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and Primavera P6.
• Experience with design and deployment of technical electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for project and site team across internal and external groups.
• Own and manage owner/vendor relationships with GC, cabling partners, consultants and trade partners.
• Ensure visibility across multiple teams and sustain safe, high-quality delivery.
• Coach, guide and input on critical project aspects to assure predictable outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor delivery updates, KPI adherence, and financial status.
• Develop onsite staff and growth of matrix teams.
