Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking Area Directors to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll operate as a local publisher, building partnerships with local business owners, featuring residents, and growing a recurring revenue stream.

If selected, you’ll follow a clear launch plan, establish your territory, and grow a business with your name on it. This hybrid role combines in-person relationships with a home office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• US resident
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
