Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream.

This hybrid role combines in-person relationship building with work from your home office. You’ll follow a step-by-step launch plan, first establishing your territory and client base, then growing a business with your name on it.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales instincts.
• Ability to build local advertising partnerships with business owners.
• Comfort with self-directed, home-based business ownership.
• Proven track record in local market development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting each community.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations with N2 tools.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training and support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
